Slides, models or radiographs may be used. Table clinics-A five- to ten-minute presentation of a simple, time-saving procedure or technique, or an interesting scientific phenomenon.Presenters must remain near the poster for the entire half-day session. Posters measure four feet high by eight feet wide. Poster research-A five- to ten-minute presentation of a clinical or basic science investigation using a poster board display.Oral research-A ten-minute presentation on a completed clinical or scientific investigation with three to five minutes allocated for questions.However, presenters may co-author multiple abstracts.Įligibility Abstracts may be submitted in one of the following categories. To allow more members to participate, only one abstract may be submitted per presenter. Research presentation abstracts should describe a completed investigation and include objectives, materials and methods, statistical tests, resulting data and conclusions.
